Neighborhood Dispute Settlement Harrisbu

Upon considering various options, the Amethyst Board decided to utilize NDS as needed to resolve interpersonal conflicts that arise in the community. In addition to mediation services, NDS also offered to assist us with conflict avoidance thorough developing non-violent communication skills. We accepted this offer and so NDS presented a workshop for us on empathizing and active listening, helping to diffuse potential conflicts before they get started. We found these skills to be of benefit to Amethyst, and also to us personally in our daily lives...Amethyst is grateful to NDS for their assistance and recommends their services without hesitation.
